Network Control Unit NCU is the core equipment of the solar tracking control systems. It embodies the tracking controller TCU and SCADA software in terms of communication. It is also an important guarantee for the safe, reliable and accurate operation of the solar tracking control systems.
The NCU communicates with the TCU wirelessly to obtain the real-time operating parameters of all TCUs. The TCU can be controlled individually or in groups, and the acquired weather sensor data can be sent to each TCU. At the same time, the NCU can upload TCU operating data, meteorological parameters and other data to the back-end SCADA system through fixed or wireless methods, and accept control instructions from the back-end SCADA system.

At the same time, the NCU can upload TCU operating data, meteorological parameters and other data to the back-end SCADA system through fixed or wireless methods, and accept control instructions from the back-end SCADA system. In a single-axis PV tracking system, the TCU is often integrated into or works alongside a single axis solar tracking controller to execute the NCU’s commands at the tracker level.
1) Support Sub-1GHz/4G/RS485/Ethernet and other communication letter mode. System operation is stable and reliable.
2) Support batch modification of parameters. And it is simple control and easy debugging.
3) Support smart weather stations to improve power generation efficiency and safety.
4) The background configuration is simple. The intelligent operation and aintenance of the power station can be easily realized.
